I built Dad's for the people who got talked down to at the last shop they walked into. Especially the ones who didn't deserve it.
My mom was that customer. So was my sister. So was every friend who called me about a check engine light because they didn't trust their own mechanic to tell them the truth.
Dad's exists because that whole experience can be different. It just takes a shop run by someone who actually cares — about the work, about the price, about how you're treated when you walk in.
